Heartfulness Meditation at Peace Tree’s Open House

Heartfulness Meditation at Peace Tree’s Open House
Spiritual teachers have long known the power that emanates from the heart.  Science has begun to understand an “intelligence” of the heart pulsing through us.  Meet Rakesh Awasthi, teacher of Heartfulness meditation.  Rakesh will offer a session in the meditation room  at Peace Tree’s Open House.  Join us Saturday, October 21, 2-7 p.m. for free demonstrations, classes, experiences, and resources to help you more deeply connect body, mind, and spirit.

Rakesh has studied the art and science of meditation for over 14 years. Having dedicated much time to meditation with genuine spiritual Masters, he teaches their method, which is now known as Heartfulness. He enjoys meeting people and help them learn to meditate and lead a centered and peaceful life. He offers the experience of this ancient practice to spiritual seekers–without charge.
About Heartfulness:
Heartfulness is a simple, practical way to learn, to relax and discover the unlimited resources of the heart. Our entire life is led by feelings and inspirations, and that is the role of the heart. When we manage to listen to the feelings and capture the inspiration that comes from within, we can master our life. This is why meditating on the heart is called the royal or highest form of yoga.
Our method addresses the root cause of our chatterbox thoughts and the associated stress it creates. This is for both first-time meditators as well as long-time practitioners. Ongoing support is offered, free of charge, in over one hundred countries.
Regular practice of Heartfulness meditation has the following benefits:
·  Improved quality of life
·  Stress relief
·  Better quality of sleep
·  Stimulation of the immune system
·  Greater concentration
